You can add yaplet to your site. The default code below will add a chat to almost any site (how is that possible?), but we recommend that you enter your site's URL here (or another site's URL if you want to link to their chat) and then press "Generate" to get custom code:
  • You can add a badge link from below. Both sidebar chat and pop-up are available. Note: Some sites (MySpace) do not allow the pop-up version to work. (We politely ask high-volume sites to host the image on their own server to help keep yaplet free.)
  • You can also embed a yaplet chat into the page.

How does the default code work on any website?

The sites link.yaplet.com and embed.yaplet.com catch the referal address from the web browser and user this to generate the chat. This works well if there is only one URL for the site you are trying to add a chat to. If there are multiple URLs to access the same page, it's best to generate the custom link code using the form at the top. Test out your link, and let us know if you have problems. We'll help you get it working!
